At The Theatre Lab Summer Camp, our mission is to educate and inspire campers as we journey through all the aspects of the acting industry. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality of care and support while simultaneously allowing our campers to explore their education and career goals.
At a Theatre Lab Summer Camp, our purpose is to provide a finely focused camp experience that will allow our campers to realize their dreams of being a part of the acting industry -- if only for the duration of each camp session!
Together we will go on a journey where we will explore all of the moving parts which make a theatrical production come alive.
In order to be successful on stage, one should strive to become a triple threat: a person who can sing, dance, and act with confidence. In order to be find a successful path, be it: stage, film or television, one first needs a strong foundation in acting. Our promise is that each camper will leave with a new set of skills which will be with them as they pursue future endeavors.
The caring and support for the campers begins at check in yet continues long after their pick up as we will take an interest in supporting each family member as they pursue their dreams in the arts. Having a staff who has ” been there, are on their way there, or helped take others there” helps the camper see the steps they will need to take to reach their own personal goals.
Our home is a place where each member will feel safe and loved as they take chances they never dreamed they could, and reach a comfort with themselves which they can carry with them for the rest of their lives.
